Sunny Sunday! The weather is beautiful and I took a walk at the Waterfront down to the Sunday market after my Yoga and workout classes. Lots of people outside, lots of sunshine, what a nice day!
1) Yoga 20 in 30 challenge: 9/20 (and 3/? for Squash etc.).
2) Pre-cook meals to reduce carbs and eat a healthy meal a day: Today is sunday, so I don’t worry about food too much. Coconut water, bananas, some toast
3) No alcohol: Easy as pie now.
4) No sugar: Hmm, fail on the licorice today… it is just so tempting!
5) Learn something new: Does trying out new sports count? No? I thought so… Time to hit the books then…
